Shipping Prices

Please remember that handling time is in addition to shipping time. Approximate shipment times varies on your shipping address. 

Non-Refundable Shipping

Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations or returns/exchanges.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of an order you’ve placed, it will be returned to Aveoca London. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address.

We print the address directly from the details provided so please ensure these are correct upon checkout.

Any orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case that you would like us to re-ship a refused or undeliverable package, a shipping fee will be charged.

International & UK Shipping Policy

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing. If these charges are unpaid, your order may be returned to us and we will be unable to refund any costs associated with the goods or the shipment.

In some circumstances, specific documentation for clearance of your order will be required once it arrives at your destination country, this may vary from country to country and we ask that you contact your local customs office for additional information before placing your order.

For international orders, once the package leaves the United Kingdom we have no control over the courier service. If a tracking status says that your package has arrived at its destination country, you must contact your local carrier to work with them to have the package delivered.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O boxes

Order Confirmation and Tracking Emails

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted and again once it has been dispatched with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online.
